Raymond McMillan is a Mortgage Professional and Real Estate Investor who has been actively involved in the investment, banking, and lending industry since 1994.

After graduating from the University of Guyana with a degree in Geography and Economics with a focus on urban studies and demography, Raymond migrated to Canada in 1989.

After more than 25 years building and leading a successful mortgage brokerage in Toronto, he relocated to Jacksonville, Florida to begin a new chapter one; focused on strategic advisory, cross‑border real estate consulting, and helping investors and industry professionals navigate complex, evolving markets.
